In these times it is imperative to think outside the box when it comes to resources and resilience.
We’ve had some conversations, and did some research, on what organisations are working on by way of capacity building within their organisation… this is what we have found:
How have organisations become more resilient through capacity building?
When reading the article, ‘Building Back as the Best and Brightest: A Guide to Capacity Building‘, Allan Kaplan outlines the need to not jump straight to skills and what skills your organization needs to suddenly execute on an idea or pivot. He discussed taking the opportunity to reflect, renew and move forward with a new blueprint of how your organization can continue to move with the economic times and environment.
Rebuild, per say.
That might sound overwhelming and scary in a time where scarcity is becoming a frequent state of mind. However, the last 40yrs of growth during the industrial revolution is no longer valid, what we’ve done in the past will no longer serve us. This will make the difference between success in the future, or not.

end up obliterated. ”
